My complaint:
$96.00 spent yesterday and as we went to pay and asked about entering our phone number for the $5.00 Reward we were informed we HAD TO ENTER IT WHEN WE ENTERED THE CHECK OUT.
No where in your reward notice does it state WHEN we were suppose to enter our phone number.
Got a sorry from the cashier. You can’t do anything? Nope.
