My complaint:

I have seen many of your employees on Facebook express their opinion on how they feel about treating certain patients. It makes it hard to think they aren’t collectively showing bias and discrimination. I feel strongly about people and employees having freedom of speech but if these employees worked for any other company they would be reprimanded and asked to remove these posts. If a nurse or doctor has an opinion on how they feel about treating certain patients then that should be kept to themselves. They are openly admitting discrimination against certain patients. Having a family member in the hospital paying for their service I find these posts to be crossing the line professionally. Many patients are paying customers. I will refrain and so will my family members from going to any Prisma Health locations.

Suggested solution:

I would like a call from HR or a legal team member. Nurses and doctors should be careful what they post on social media. Your hospitals should be treated like any other corporate company.
