Prisma Health complaint: No has been answering the phones for appointments

My complaint:

I have been trying to make an appointment for ONE WHOLE MONTH OF JUNE!!! I was given a new number to call from the old 803 540 1001 and for a whole month nobody answered the number given to me…I called the entire week everyday all day to 803 434 3930 the number I was given and no answer I pressed the dr line and spoke to a person and she transfered me and said they were indeed at the desk…NO ANSWER… so I get in my car and go there ride up in the elevator with a woman going the same office she said the had had a time calling as well…..I even called up there before I got out the car…when we reached the office….NO PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM!!! girl sitting behind the desk so….TELL ME WHY NOONE HAS ANSWER THE PHONE 5 MINUTES AGO!!!! THERE WAS NOBODY AT HER WINDOW OR IN THE WAITING ROOM…JUST HER!!! then she said there’s an opening in November I’ve been trying to see my Dr long before she went out of the states I even left messages on messages no return calls all last month and this week AND… I requested an appointment through the portal….I am veryupset at the poor service because it looks like nobody could be thst busy they could never answer the phone and it’s obvious they don’t check messages …because they used to!

Suggested solution:

Somebody needs to tell me how to resolve my complaint because my resolution would be to answer the phone
