My complaint:
the front desk nurse was rude to me telling me I was not allowed in the waiting room or could not go back with my husband which I know is not true because I can go to lexington prisma and o back with jim there, he has a hearing problem and he can’t hear what the doctor is telling him
Suggested solution:
I should be allowed to accompany my husband on his appts
