My complaint:
I went to hospital and my Uncle had urine from his neck to his foot and the boots he had on was full of urine. My Uncle is very special to me and I was upset and curse but I was wrong for that but I wasn’t wrong for what I said as far as him laying in urine. I’ve never had that issue but the other night was horrible I press the call button ask no one came and I’m beyond pissed. They told us my Uncle had a certain amount of time to live and If they would allow visits back again then I will not go to make them comfortable but please someone give me a call. I work a a doctors office and I know the care of our patients should be important
Suggested solution:
They should have came in Apologized for all the urine he was laying in and ask us to step out while they change him. The charge nurse was unprofessional and I don’t recall a job suppose to be like that especially representing a hospital when I interact with one of your providers and never had an issue with him
