My complaint:

My dad is in room 101. I have asked the nursing staff, even the House Supervisor, to charge his phone and keep it on so I can call him. After 5 phone calls to them my dad’s phone is still turned off.
I have also asked them to please put his hearing aides in so he can hear his room phone. But he still doesn’t answer his phone. The only thing the nurses tell me is that my dad is asleep. It is abusive to refuse to give a patient their hearing aides.

Suggested solution:

Just do what I have asked several times.
