My complaint:
I just checked my account. I’m supposed to be paying $9.99AUD per month but an extra $4.99 came out of my account by Amazon Prime. Prime had done this before where they illegally subscribed me to one of their channels. I had not subscribed to any other channel but that’s what the extra charge is. I know because this happened to me before where they were charging me $4.99AUD per month then added more channels costing me more. In total they owed me $120AUD and I couldn’t stop the charges from happening. Looks like it’s going to happen again now.
Suggested solution:
To get my money back..Im.in Philippines on vacation, so can't contact them at the moment. But when I get back to Australia, I'll try to dispute it and previous charges to get my money back and cancel Prime Video.
