My complaint:
I was affected by Covid-19 and I called the Priceline and the airlines in order to reschedule the date of the flight i was thinking the problem was resolved but nothing happen my ticket was canceled with moral and financial prejudice
Suggested solution:
I called Priceline several times many hours but the problem still exist this company and Affirm looking for the money didn’t care about health issues therefore i am requesting the reimbursement costs of moral and financial prejudice
