My complaint:
Priceline said to refund my airline ticket from Korean Airline. Korean Airline did refund the money to Priceline according the Priceline when I called. Months later, Priceline said Korean Airline did refund the money but Priceline said accounting lost the money and will look into it. I have been calling Priceline and every time I would get the same response saying we are looking into it and will reach out in 5 business. Weeks later nothing, same response when I called again.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money like they promise.
