Priceline complaint: Priceline Confirmed my flight as Valid then American Airlines cancelled it with no notice to me.

My complaint:

I am a nationally known and recognized jazz accordionist with 100’s if not 1000’s of supporters. I perform concerts all over the United States for accordionists, musicians, audiences and accordion organizations. I was scheduled to play concerts for a charitable scholarship event in Cotati, CA on Friday afternoon (08/18/23) and subsequently on Saturday evening (08/29/23). The event concert times changed after my initial airfare purchase. Should I not receive recompense, I will broadcast this terrible experience to my convention audiences and all of the organizations and followers across the country. I shall advise them never to use American Airlines in their future travel plans

I purchased a non-refundable round-trip (on American) from Phoenix to Santa Rosa, CA. from Priceline (CUJBZL). The arrival time of my American/Priceline flight would not meet the schedule. I secured other means for timely arrival. I conferred with both Priceline and American representatives; both ed that the second leg of my trip would be honored.

American cancelled the second leg (3460) of my prepaid roundtrip flight (CUJBZL) from Santa Rosa, Ca to Phoenix without notice. This left me stranded on Monday, August 21, 2023. I was forced to pay an additional fare of $395.90 (UAZEJZ) to board flight (3460).

I received disgraceful, unconscionable and appalling customer service from American Airlines. No routine canned apologies please. I demand a complete refund of my fare of $395.90 or a similar valued voucher for this unconscionable insensitive customer service.
