Priceline complaint: Not Notified of Flight Change

My complaint:

Purchased a ticket for daughter and 2 grandchildren and the Delta changed the filght and no one from Priceline notified me. They missed their flight. Had to purchase another set of tickets for $1005.00
asked for a ticket refund and said they would only provide partail of the flight they missed. No way will I ever use Priceline again, Buy directly from the Airline, not 3rd party. They suck!

Suggested solution:

They should issue a full return of the $1005 replacement flight home tickets purchased.
