My complaint:
I rented a car for a week in San Antonio. Expedia had an upgrade to a SUV for $113 cheaper and I called Priceline and asked if they would honor my VIP membership that is supposed to give me the best price guarantee by crediting you what you offer paid, they refused to do so. I asked the rep what was the use of having VIP status when there is no such thing and I was unable to get a reasonable response. All he could say is I’m sorry ma’am for the inconvenience.
Suggested solution:
A Priceline credit for the over payment should be giving as compensation. I'm not asking for my money back. I've dealt with Priceline for many years and I'm suppose to be a VIP member but I'm not being treated as such.
