My complaint:
I called to make a hotel reservation on June 13, 2021, for that night. I called back to the reservation, and the automated system asked me if I was calling about my December 30 of 2020 reservation–which was five and a half months ago!! When I finally got a live person to answer, she also only knew of the December 2020 reservation (five and a half months ago.). There was no mention of the reservation I had just made for that night (as the call recording will reveal.). I had to tell her when the reservation was for, and where it was for–that night, at Baymont Inn. Thinking something had gotten messed up, I made other arrangements for the evening. A short time later, however, MY CREDIT CARD WAS charged the $82. I called back, and was told I could not get my money back.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money: $82.83
