My complaint:

I booked a room for 2 nights at the waldorf hotel in blackpool for my 5 year old daughter and myself for a start they should nkt advertise free parking if there is no parking available it took me over half an hour to find a space not good when you have travelled for 7 hours i eventually got into hotel room was not very clean beds were hard and some kids kept knocking at door and running away this scared my daughter we eventually got settled but early hours of morning noise was horrific we hardly slept so i decided not to stay another night i got booked in somewhere else which cost me more money i already tried this through resolver and hotel refused to refund i think they should refund

Suggested solution:

Should give a full refund after travelling for 7 hours
