My complaint:
I am a single Mom that is taking my two young sons to Gatlinburg TN July 26. I trusted priceline when I used them to book a 3 star at a good price. I actually canceled my reservations at the Hampton Inn to save money through priceline. I read the reviews as soon as I was done and see that the hotel priceline booked had ALL bad reviews. These reviews were all in the last 30 days. They described the hotel as dirty, musty, dirty linens and beddings and towels. Reviews went on to say that there was pubic hair in the drain in several rooms and that many of the tubs were clogged up and people had to take dirty baths.
Reviews also stated that many of the people writing them also fell scam to this hotel advertising as a 3 star and that is in not worthy of being a one star. Priceline should have done their due diligence and read up on all the bad reviews.
I am horrified that I have been saving money just to take my sons to a filthy dirty hotel. The pictures and the reveiws show this to be true
Suggested solution:
I used affirm to book the hotel and start making 3 361.00 payments on July 26. I am not even going on my trip until July 26. I would like my money back as this is not fair to either me or my family. I have saved up the money for several months to afford this trip as I do not have a high income position.
