My complaint:
Flights were booked in April, 2021 for flights in June, 2021. A stop was added that resulted in a missed connection that was crucial to plans. I called priceline,com LLC, numerous times and spoke to agents who did not offer any adequate solutions and the agents failed to meet their commitments to offer alternatives. I requested a cancellation with refund and was told that it would be processed but never completed.
Suggested solution:
Refund the money I paid them.
