My complaint:

THEY CHARGE MY ACCOUNT TWICE ON THE SAME DATE FOR THE SAME HOTEL UNDER TWO MANES I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REFUN THE AMOUNT OF THE OVER CHARGE NOW THEY ARE TELL ME THAT THE CHARGE IS NOT REFUNABLE

Suggested solution:

REFUND THE OVER CHARGE
