My complaint:
I purchased a ticket march 20th 2022 for March 22nd, however they spelled my last name wrong when I called they couldn’t fix it, they said cancel that flight since you have 24 hours free refund no risk, I canceled it. It’s April 1st I have not received my money back, I have called multiple times they hung up on me, they have been changing the date when I supposed to get my refund. Trip number: 46479197276
