Prenetics complaint: Extremely late results!

My complaint:

We arrived in UK Monday 31 and activated our PCR tests and posted on priority post box on 41. My husband called them Wednesday pm and was told they were in receipt and would go into the lab that night 51. We would receive our results no later than 630pm on 61. We called yesterday 61 and told they were going into the lab that evening and could be a further 48 hours before receiving our results! This is not the 24 hours service as advertised. Especially when samples received on Wednesday! My daughter cannot go to school until these results are received as they refuse NHS PCR and lateral flows!!!

Suggested solution:

Results should be prioritised and a refund issued as not done as advertised.
