My complaint:
I don’t enjoy writing this,but I thought I should because this is the third time I asked for chicken tenders,but received chicken on the bone, which is quite different. Also I asked for sauce,but never got any. I am usually the only one in line,and they are not busy when i go.
Suggested solution:
I hope you have people to handle these types of things. The customer should not be asked to resolve this. When you reply to me,please add your name and position in the corporation. Also please inform me of your actions,so that I may use this in my future conversations with corporate. Thank you so much Frederick C Anderson ESQ
