My complaint:

GOOD EVENING UNFORTUNATLEY AS I WALKED IN TO PICK UP MY ORDER I NOTICED ALL THE CASHEIRS,COOK,EXT ALL HAD ON HEAD BONNETS WHILE DEALING WITH THE FOOD ,I NOTICED ONE EMPLOYYE GETTING CHICKEN FROM THE BACK DIDNT HAVE ON A HAIR NET WHILE GRABBING FOOD OUT OF THE CHICKEN PANTRY ,SO I ASKED HER WHY ARE YOU DEALING WITH THE FOOD AND NOT HAVE PROPER HAIR COVER ,NOT TO MENTION HER HAIR WAS LOOSE AND COULD EASILY DROP HAIR IN PEOPLE FOOD ,HER RESPONSE WAS IM THE MANAGER WE DONT HAVE TO WEAR ONE I ASKED HER WHY NOT IF EVERYONE ELSE HAVE IT ON ?HER RESPONSE AGIN IM A MANGER AND I DONT HAVE TO WEAR ONE , I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR A MANGER ,IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND HER EMPLOYEES, SHES IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY FOOD INDUSTRY TO HAVE HER HAIR AROUND FOOD. YES SHE CONTINUED TO RING UP CUSTOMERS DIDNT WASH HER HANDS AND WENT RIGHT BACK TO TOUCHING MY FOOD AND OTHER PEOPLE FOOD WHILE RINGING UP CUSTOMERS SHE DIDNT EVEN USE HAND SANITIZOR I HAVE ON CAMERA THE WHOLE TIME , IVE BEEN GOING TO STORE 2599 OVER 10 YEARS AND I NEVER SEEN A MANGER ON STAFF NOT BE IN PROPER HEAD GEAR WHILE DEALING WITH FOOD PERIOD .I SPENT 72.06 AND THE MANAGER BASCILY SAID ITS GOING MESS HER HAIR UP YET I KNOW YOU DIDNT TRAIN HER TO BE CARELESS .STORE 2599 NEED TO TRAIN BOTH MANAGERS BECAUSE NEITHER ONE HAD ON HAIR PROTECTION YET ALL THE STAFF MUST WEAR ONE AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE YET NICE BECAUSE SHE NOTICED ME RECORDING HER RESPONSE ,NO I DIDNT POST IT BECAUSE POPYES WAS THERE LONGER THEN HER. PLEASE TELL YOUR MANGER TO TREAT ALL THE RACES THE SAME WAY SHE WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED THATS ANOTHER ISSUE I NOTICE ABOUT THIS YOUNG LADY SHE NEED PROPER TRAING JUST BECAUSE YOUR A MANAGER DOESNT MEAN YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT. NO HAIR NET DONT BE DEALING WITH FOOD PERIOD .IF YOU NEED PROOF I WILL KINDLY SEND VIDEO . HAVE A GREAT DAY . AND NO I DIDNT EAT THE FOOD .I TRASHED IT BECAUSE HAIR SHE WAS LIKE THAT ALL DAY

BY FOLLOWING THE RULES YOUR COMPANY CREATED AND ALL TO FOLLOW WHILE DEALING WITH PEOPLE FOOD PERIOD ,BUT BECAUSE SHE A MANAGEER SHE STATED YOUR COMPANY TOLD HER SHE DONT ,THEN I ASKED HER TO PROVE IT AND SHE FOLLWED UP WITH IT WILL MESS MY HAIR YET YOU MAKE THE OTHER EMPLOYEES EVEN THE MAN WHO IS COOKING THE FOOD WEAR A NET DOESNT MAKE SENSE , NEITHER MANAGER HAD ON NETS YET FORCED THE EMPLOYEES TO DO SO NOT EXCEPTABLE ,YET SHE SAID YOUR COMPANY RULES SAID NO HAIR NET FOR HER, WHILE SHE DEALING WITH FOOD SINCE SHE THE BOSS. STORE 2599 AND MYSELF BEEN GOING THERE BEFORE SHE EVEN WAS BORN .WHO AM I A LOYAL CUSTOMER IN HER EYES IM WRONG SO IM BRINGING IT TO YOU .
