My complaint:
WE were so happy to get a Popeyes right next to our community, Del Webb in Huntley , after going several times and leaving because the line for takeout was backed up out into the street,I finally decided to wait in line for my meal . After 40 plus minutes I left and went to take out restaurant across the highway and was served in less than 3 minutes. I understand you have help problems but that is no excuse to wait for that amount of time , Until Illinois becomes a normal state I will never go back to that restaurant or any other Popeyes again.
Suggested solution:
Close the place until they can be staffed properly
