My complaint:
Earlier today I purchased a chicken sandwich and nuggets. What I got was a box of all batter (in the shape of nuggets) and maybe 3 pieces of chicken nuggets. The sandwich was all batter and like half a piece of chicken, this is false advertising, as well as a ripoff to customers. Thanks for your attention. Also I’ve
been in there 3 times previously the staff were so rude I walked out.
Suggested solution:
Employees need to be trained and make sure that what you pay for is what the customer gets. Simple.
