My complaint:
Husband and I stopped at the above mentioned location at 11:00am. Note on drive thru menu stated that drive thru was inoperatable and to come order inside. Backed out of drive thru, went to the door and it was locked.
two people were inside and stated they were not open yet and brushed me off, but the hours posted on the door was 10:30-8pm.
not to mentioned on another occassion when drive thru was operational, ordered a combo 3 chicken meal and it was missing the buscuit and one of the chicken pieces was missing and the chicken was not even hot, chicken that sits in that warmer is not even hot when served.
