My complaint:
My girlfriend and I went thru the drive thru. our order was one large mashed potatoes one small beans and rice, a large water, butter, surf and turf, no drink. I tipped the employee three dollars and said I need plasticware to eat in the car. When we got the order I checked it…No plasticware. no butter, no large water. got all those Items and left only to discover they gave me no dipping sauce! FOUR MISTAKES ON ONE ORDER. When I came back upset they did not apologize and treated me as the bad guy. They gave me some sauce and when I went out into my car the guy that waited on me followed me to my car and took my tip and threw it at my closed car window!!
Suggested solution:
Teach your employees the importance of recording every detail of an order and double check that its right. And fire the employee that followed me to my car and threw my tip back at me.
