My complaint:
January 29, 2022 my credit card was charged $29.12 for a large order that was given to me in the drive-through that belonged to the person in the car behind me. I asked them to reimburse my card, and give me the correct order which was one piece of chicken and a water. It took more than 15 minutes for the attendant, with help of manger, to get my chicken and provide me with a REFUND ticket. I have checked my bank receipts to determine that there was no transaction to reimburse my account. I called customer service who stated they would call the manager. No response.
Suggested solution:
It is now mid April and I again called Customer Service who stated that I need to resolve this matter with the management at the store in Albuquerque. Now, it has been 2 times that I have called the local store and 2 times that I have called the Corporate Complaint Office, with both places stating I should call the other place. I have been robbed of $29.12
I would like to be reimbursed. I would even settle for a 3 gifts certificates of $10 each.
