Popeyes complaint: It took an hour in drive thru just to place an order

My complaint:

5 people were working at this location. No excuse to take that long to order.
Very poor management.

Suggested solution:

Much more training in specific jobs. There was no one filing orders. Walking around and disappearing to the back.
