My complaint:
Went to Popeye’s on Sat. 62621 at appx, 10:25 pm to go thru the drive-thru. An employee was sitting outside and informed me that the restaurant was no longer taking orders. When I stated they didn’t close until 11:00 pm, he said that’s what the manager told him to say.
Today, 628 we gave Popeyes another chance and we waited 30 minutes in line in the drive thru with only 5 cars in line.
Then when I got my order, the chicken sandwich was missing. When I asked about it, the employee at the window yelled at another customer inside to wait a minute, they had out sandwich. Then, my husband asked for sauces (because he ordered tenders) and the employee asked For What. Then shoved a handful of sauces at him threw the window.
Suggested solution:
1. I think you should send someone down from corporate incognito to observe what is going one.
2. I think the manger needs additional training or you need a new manager.
3. I think the employees need additional training in customer service.
