Popeyes complaint: the poorest of poor customer service

My complaint:

I have gone to this Popeyes on several occassions. The service always is way below par. On June 23 I was at the location inside with 5 to 6 other customers at 2:17PM. Several things I noticed and I will not go back to that location ever again. First when I entered there was a sign stating try our new frozen strawberry lemonade, next a sign saying they were out of chicken sandwiches, next a grubhub person was there and waiting on his order to deliver. There were two gentlemen together in front of me and everytime they asked for something they were told they were out of it. Next a couple came back and showed them that what they got was not what they ordered. No where was the manager to be seen at this point. What they did next was disgusting they took the chicken from the customers and threw it back in with the other stores chicken talk about a health code vioation. Yes, I did call the health department to file a complaint. Next I get up only to be told what I wanted a strawberry lemonade they didn’t have and chicken sandwiches were out. I chose chicken tenders because I knew they didn’t throw the customers chicken in there and I was hungry. Mind you the grub hub person is still standing there. So now its my turn to get my food and the woman hands me the tray. I look at it and say where is my drink. Next I say I asked for bbq sauce as well. I am all for hiring minorities but they have to be able to read and move quickly and efficently. I sat down to eat my lunch only to hear others complaining of the poor service and the grub hub man was still there so I timed it till the time he left from that point and that was 10 minutes. Not the total time thats from the time I sat down to eat he had been in there the entire time I entered the store. So your store not only ruined my visit but it more than likely got the delivery man yelled at and no tip.

Suggested solution:

Teach them speed, teach them to understand what needs to be done, have the manager involved and training people. Most importantly teach them about health code and hygene.
