My complaint:
Ordered food to the amount of£34 48 took only five minutes to get to our table , my chips were stone cold my chicken soo dry my kids didn’t mind but I don’t like wasting my hard earned cash on cold food soo frustrating and
Annoying, she did change my chips but it was to late put me off, what a waste of money
Suggested solution:
Return at least some of the total bill
