My complaint:
I have an account on Poker Stars. I made a withdraw of my funds over a month ago so I could close my account. After verifying my identity twice, they are now trying to force me into verifying my identity again so the funds can be put back into poker stars. What part of WITHDRAW do they not understand? I want my money back into the same account it came from. It’s not a difficult procedure. They are refusing to honor our agreement on fast withdraws, within 72 hours. It’s been over 36 days now
