My complaint:
Hi,
I tried to withdraw my winnings and it wouldn’t allow, after speaking to an agent she said it was because i hadn’t bet my funds, this wasn’t true i had twice over, she then said it could be 5-10 reasons. that is no help at all.
basically it was a con to keep my money in the app so i lose it, which is criminal, she has closed my account because i am going to the ombudsman, i have then screen shots of her saying it was one thing, then my bank then my expiry date etc, just looking for reasons. Elanor, worst service ever
Suggested solution:
i dont care, i lost the money as expected but after 20 times trying to withdraw, as a company they git what they wanted.
