PokerStars complaint: Holding my money hostage

My complaint:

I have been with poker stars for years and have decided I no longer want to be associated with them and tried unsuccessfully numerous times to withdraw my funds. They have a pattern of doing this, many ways to deposit but only one non-working method to withdraw. You can’t call them; they just keep running you around in circles hoping you will give up. Getting info such as location and address seems impossible. Direct deposit to my bank is the only option offered, i filled in the info required by my having my bank tell me over the phone the bank sort code and branch code. Poker Stars claims 3-5 days if everything is correct to complete transaction and then claim some of the info provided is wrong but won’t tell you what is wrong and wants you to re-enter the info just to get the same result. When I closed my Draftkings account they mailed me a cheque that i received in 3 days like the reputable company that they are, Poker Stars are the opposite of this and should not have the right to bully their clients with this nonsense, please help!
