My complaint:
I was never compensated for the Black Friday scandal . When I heard of it I got a hold of the hotline to file claim they said I don’t qualified which I later find out that they turned down a lot of players, not reimbursed. I want to know how to get reimbursed
Suggested solution:
By helping get reimbursed just like all other players that were reimbursed.
