My complaint:
I placed a withdrawal request of 20,000 after winning some money in tournaments on 12/08/2023
about 1.00 AM, after 1 hour they send me a conformation mail that the withdrawal request has been processed successfully, but still now the amount not received into my bank account.
Whenever I contact there support they are just sending automated replies about time frames of withdrawal.They are just reluctant to help me.
