Hi,
I been fighting over my 350 USD Since 2020 March, so hare is the story
I have verified account with pokerstars that i have been using for sometime, time to time i got a random security check thats was fine with me i just submit my passport bank statements ect. and Cary on, until one day i have won around 350 USD and decided maybe its time to cash out,
so thats what i did, but then i runned in to the problem, my pending Withdrawals got held up for some unclear reason, so i emailed pokerstars asking what was the reason behind it, they have asked my to verify my documents once again. I did whats asked of me, then they have asked me to get in touch of Pokerstars account holder who has the account registered under the same house address they gave me the name St1ckyFin,
i immediately know who is this person is, Its my brother who has account with Pokerstars, So i ask my brother to get in touch with pokerstars to speak with them about god know what they need of him. so my brother got in touch with pokerstars, He told me he had some issues with his account for some reason. but he cant fix it because he registered him self GAMSTOP to stay away from gambling. also he send me the copy of email he got from pokerstars
So i emailed Pokerstars once again if they can proceed my withdrawal as i clearly provided that im not my brother and im not registered with GAMSTOP, but they have refused to give me reason or replay to any of my emails. i dont know what to do this forum is the last hope please help..
