My complaint:

My complaint is that after admitting the documents, they verified the account, which means a complete check of the stalemate, I went to play a little and put it on the output, but they closed it to me and then I lost 10 dollars and that’s it, but they start to set me unfair conditions, but I did the verification from them, I think they just took my money and don’t want to pay

Suggested solution:

return the money remaining on the game account

I do not agree, let them return the money, verification was passed at them, which meant that I was checked and the stalemate did not even play, the account was closed
