PokerStars complaint: Theft of my money as they wrongfully closed my account

My complaint:

First hand email from PokerStars saying he thinks I’m Associate it with somebody that is not welcome on their platform. Even though I told them I am not associated with this person they close my account they they kept my funds which is over a $1000 for a $1000 and they refuse to email me back at this point.
Email from poker stars. Knowing my rights and the law they are the ones who should be qorried about integrity not mine.

Due to your close association with the player ‘larryrich44’, who has an outstanding issue with us, we have concluded that it is not in the best interest of our players to allow you to continue to play on our site.

We cannot take the risk that player ‘larryrich44’ could gain access to our tables via your account. Unfortunately, you have become yet another victim of the unfair actions by this player.

This policy has been put in place to protect the integrity of our games. We wish you all the best wherever you decide to play.

Do not attempt to create any other accounts as doing so is a violation of our Terms of Service.

If we discover a new account, it will be closed without notice.

You will be liable for any loss that could occur. Should you circumvent our controls by opening or accessing another account with any of our brands andor group companies, we reserve the right to confiscate any assets contained in the account(s) irrespective of the amount of time it has taken us to identify and the links between the account(s) andor the account holder(s).

They should reactivate my account without préjudice as I have done nothing Is for anybody to question my integrity at any point personally then I will make the decision to remove my money from this platform and go spend it elsewhere elsewhere but they need to unlock my account let me go into my account the previous rep said they've removed my money from the account and put it into another account which they assume is mine or think is mine but it's not mine so they're giving my money away to somebody else so they need to At that point I will decide to go into my account remove my money personally myself and go spend it elsewhere swear but they legally cannot remove my access because I've done nothing wrong and they have no proof of anything wrong they cannot judge my integrity if my integrity was never questioned to begin with There's legal reasons and rights and authorities under their licensing and under the ability to sell their platform in Canada They won't even reply to my emails when I say we'll turn my money Give me my money give me the money I've won on the account that was pending an account And I'll go away The previous rep told me that they had removed my money from Jackson Jackson 2022 account and put it on another account that they thought was mine which isn't mine so they're giving my money away they cannot legally do that … Give me my money back all of it
