My complaint:
I don’t know what happened to pokerstars but it is very bugged, I’ll attach some screenshots here.
Also the rtp of the games has diminished to the point where I have played played over 1000 spins on the game Viking Hoard, which I have just received 3 free spins, but the game doesn’t appear on the app anymore. I’ll make an official complaint to the Romanian Consumer Protection Office with proof.
Suggested solution:
At least respond to one of my complaints. I've helped with trying to make the app better in the past too, I'm playing for fun but these experiences are taking the fun out of it and I'll make sure to promote not playing on your app anymore, after I promoted it to a lot of friends in Romania.
