My complaint:
On the 20th and 21st April 2023 I logged on to the site, and played on the slot machines in the casino section of their site. During the course of the night I made numerous deposits but ended up winning a life changing amount of money (well at least for me) across a number of slot machines . I then tried to withdraw, when instantly a message appeared saying my account was undergoing a random security check, which, and I quote, usually takes a matter of minutes.
It wasn’t until late June account access was granted back to me to whitch i find all $200,000 had been voided.
They said one of the machines I played on malfunctioned so all its winnings were voided. Now I have no way of knowing if this is true or not, or they just don’t want to pay out the winnings. But then also what about money I won from other machines during the night and what about all the money I deposited during the night? how can they keep every penny!
I have emailed numerous times but am just told they will get back to me…help!
Suggested solution:
Give me my winnings, or a least part of them...including the deposits I made and the winnings from the machines that didn't 'malfunction'!
