My complaint:
I deposited money several times with no issue. I won some money they let me withdraw $20 instantly then said the other $980 would be available within 72 hours. Well within that time I received a email stating they needed to do a routine identity check ok no big deal I was completely cooperative gave them everything they asked for multiple times, and now they won’t e b even answer my emails. It’s been three weeks
Suggested solution:
I want to withdrawal my money and have nothing to do with them again
They also won’t respond to any of my emails
