My complaint:
I had £42 in my poker stars account. When I logged on in March it was gone.
Customer service told me I had lost it playing Baccarat. I have never played baccarat in my life.
They have frozen my account and refuse to refund me.
Suggested solution:
By refunding the money they say was either gambled or was lost due to my account being hacked.
This should not have been possible, as I use a fingerprint.
