My complaint:
I have withdrawn the amount and balance of 1205.00 GBP reflected back into my pokerstars account , when I opened my account it shows that account is frozen. It’s been nearly 3 months , still the team is unable to resolve the issue .
Any exemptions or whatever reasons, I feel this is not fair to keep your customer waiting for these many longer days (3 months) to resolve the issue, even there is no proper time frame .
Requesting you to please kindly take necessary action to quickly resolve my issue.
