My complaint:

I played the pokerstars community freeroll. Last november 26 and i won 1st prize and they awarded me with a ticket called SILVER PASS which is worth 2500 dollars i was knew at that so i started to look where i can use and play this ticket and found this SILVER PASS ONLINE TICKETS BHNDLE. So iregisteredforthisgame which will beplayedon january 1 and after registerring from the tournament they gave mea bundle of tickets worth 2500 dollars i think its like a promo where yoy will get tickets worth 2500 and will still play on that tournament you registered. So their promo i think is that when you purchase a silver pass ticket worth 2500 you can use to rdgister on. A game worth 2500 and at the sametime you will still have a bundle of ti kets worth another 2500. SO I was registered and was given a bundle of tickets but after losing all the bundle of tickets icant find fhe game that i registered atfor january 1 and i searched my games and it said ghat im not registered to any tournament. So ispoke with help at first she said the game was cancelled and i got back the ticket whi h i replaced it for the bundle which is not true.. Andthen later i went back to her( monika was her name) and i told her that i didnt believe what she said because i found another SILVER PASS TOURNET and everyone who registers there also got the bundle of ticket the same as i got and will still be able to play the january 1 tojrnament. And then suddenly she said that to be completely honest this is a commu ity freeroll that we reallydont deal with. Iapologize that they transferred you to the poker specialist team. This is not very correct in this case i only related the information that they leftin your account as isaw the unregistration bt you say this is not thecase i will now forward the query to the community team as they are incharge of this. You will recieve an email from them soon. Thats what she said i have a screenshot of the chat. And then i got the e mail from them which they still say that there is no game its only the bundle that i won and thats it so i said outright that thats not true.
