PNC Bank complaint: They employ idiots

My complaint:

If you want to use a financial institution that employs idiotic imbeciles, then PNC is your go to bank. Debit card was not working (and yes there was more than sufficient funds to cover the transaction) so I contacted the call center. First person who answered asked all questions to verify who I am but when asked why my card wasn’t working, he says he wasn’t trained to answer that. Transfers me to another person – explained the problem and they said that wasn’t their department. Transfers me again to the next clueless person who again verified all my information but couldn’t explain why card wasn’t working. Transfers me again to yet another clueless person who couldn’t figure out why, so she just blindly cancelled the card. I asked them to overnight me a new one they said they couldn’t but a new one will arrive in 57 days. Never came. If their call center is the face of the bank, then they need cosmetic surgery. They pay minimal interest on savings and idiots for employees.

Suggested solution:

They are not intelligent enough to resolve a complaint - perhaps if they employed staff that knew what they were doing PNC would not have any complaints.
