My complaint:
I found out that the bank before PNC bought them out had charged off my vehicle. It was by the grace of God that I received the letter because it was the wrong address. Since I no longer had an account with them they did not have my correct address. When I found out a 1099c was going to be mailed I called them on January 17th 2023 to get my address updated so that I can get the form on time. When I called the representative stated that they had my current address and I stated are you sure because you mailed something to me with the wrong address she assured me the form was going to get mailed at my current address. Fast forward to February 13th I still haven’t received the form so I called and told them that I have not received my form she repeats my old address. I said. Excuse me! I called last month to update everything and she stated that nothing had been updated so I said it’s 13 days pass February and I filed early so could you please send it to me via email. She states that is not an option
I said why not and she says that because it has my personal information on there. I said do you know how dumb that sounds after you mailed my personal information to the wrong address! I have had numerous times my W2 form email to me when I did not receive it. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor after I requested numerous times to speak to one. This bank is horrible and now they are delaying my right to file which should be against the law

Email me my 1099c so I came move on with my life
