My complaint:
The call center for PNC do not want to help their customers nor can they even act bothered to give general empathy for their customers. There are constantly slow wait times on check deposits. They try to pass blame on work places or other companies. I’ve never experienced such slow service as I have with PNC. I’ll be removing my account this weekend to go with someone else. They really do not value their customers at all.
Suggested solution:
Actually act like they care - show empathy. Give answers and take responsibility.
