My complaint:
The bank workers at this bank are taking advantage of the elderly and mentally ill customer’s to swindle them out of there SSA benefits .they tricked me into opening a checking acount with ALL KINDS OF FEE’S attached with only $1,140 income from ssdi payments. I and others were given unlawful money that should be returned to the government for replacement . The money I recive at the wayne mi branch has no monetary value to it but PNC receives legal tender from there customer’s. This treatment is illegal , bad banking practices and fraudulent activity by pnc bank.

Full investigation by the federal government
