My complaint:
March 23, 2023 my Father passed away. A PNC bank employee accessed his accounts, shared/ gave someone (s) information regarding his accounts, balances, activities, etc. I don’t know what all was shared. The PNC employee went against PNC policy, broke any number of laws/codes.
Upon being given information that PNC had no Right to divulge, some one began contacting an unknown number of people ( friends, family, law enforcement). The day of his showing, day of funeral – people approached me constantly, falsely accusing me of multiple assorted financial crimes( Im his Son, was his 24/7/365 caretaker), would be going to prison shortly, etc.
The person(s) who had received information they had no to be given by a PNC employee. Had immediately began spreading an unknown number of falsehoods/lies to friends, family, police. The PNC employees actions, the subsequent actions of whoever received the information. Should be held accountable. For the pain, suffering, multiple problems I was forced to endure.
Suggested solution:
Take what ever steps actions necessary to follow their own policies, banking codes, etc. To determine which PNC Employee accessed various accounts belonging to David Guy Goward, shared accessed information to those who used said information to try and turn my entire family, friends, strangers against me.
