My complaint:
I have been trying for months to get my deceased sons money from PNC. Nobody knows what they’re doing. The employees are rude. I stated my dissatisfaction with them and regional manager threatened to withhold my sons money from me for voicing my complaints to employees. (Free speech).
Suggested solution:
Release my sons money.
